Our carefully defined roles and proven process unleash our creative capabilities as individuals and as a team. Lead by creative directors Jane Ryan Beck and Craig Winkelman, we provide clients with creative, sustainable and human-centered design and technology solutions.

rayogram facilitates paid fellowship programs for our clients like The Misty Copeland Foundation. We recruit qualified students and mentor them to play an essential role in the discovery, content development and design process during which they interact extensively with our clients and our team.

Our studios are creative hubs. 

While our cherry-red La Cimbali espresso machine sees less action since the advent of Zoom, our conversation and collaboration is ongoing. Designed to foster creativity and cooperation, our team works at communal desks out of studios in Manhattan’s Chinatown and the Hudson Valley.

We are responsible stewards of the environment.  

Our studio does its best to renew, recycle and reuse on a daily basis. We use remote collaboration tools to collaborate with clients and one another. And to navigate the city, we deploy public transportation, Citibikes, and Xootrs.
