Prior to rayogram, Jane worked as Editor-at-Large of Outdoor & Travel Photography and Editor-in-Chief of Outdoor Gear magazines. She also worked as Associate Editor for Artforum, Aperture, Bomb, Parkett, and Interview magazines. 

Jane studied at New York University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & Language and the History of Art from The University of Michigan.
